The HR Manager will oversee the daily operations of Human Resources while supporting strategic initiatives that drive DMR’s organizational growth and culture. This role manages core HR programs, ensures compliance with employment regulations, and partners with leadership to implement scalable systems that attract, develop, and retain top talent. The HR Manager will play a critical role in helping DMR expand its workforce while maintaining a high level of engagement and performance across all teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage HR operations including onboarding, benefits administration, payroll coordination, and HRIS management.
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and policy enforcement to promote fairness and accountability.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment regulations.
- Collaborate with department leaders to support recruitment, workforce planning, and employee development.
- Implement HR programs and initiatives that enhance engagement, retention, and workplace culture.
- Maintain data integrity, reporting, and HR metrics to support leadership decision-making.
- Support compensation, recognition, and professional development programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification preferred.
- 7+ years of HR experience with at least 2 years in leadership or managerial capacity.
- Strong understanding of HR operations, employment law, and compliance practices.
- Experience managing HR systems and processes in a growth-stage or manufacturing environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with HRIS or ERP software such as Rippling, Workday, or similar.
