The Housekeeping/Laundry team member is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests at Home2 Suites.
This position includes cleaning and preparing guest rooms, restocking supplies, and ensuring all public areas meet brand cleanliness standards.
The role also supports hotel laundry operations by washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens, towels, and other hotel laundry items.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment while providing excellent service to support a positive guest experience.
Qualifications:
Previous housekeeping or laundry experience preferred, but not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods of time
Ability to lift up to 25–40 pounds
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Good communication and organizational skills
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
Commitment to providing excellent guest service and maintaining hotel standards
