Duties and Performance Expectations

• Aim for 5 star reviews
• Use customer surveys to gather feedback and improve Staff Management
• Train all Trainer Sales Associates
• Publish the monthly staff schedule, meetings, promotions and maintenance
• Set and track monthly, weekly and daily sales goals
• Run weekly and/or monthly team meetings
• Complete performance reviews
• Control and submit payroll Studio equipment and Inventory
• Maintain studio cleanliness
• Schedule equipment maintenance
• Maintain Inventory control Register, billing records
• Account for daily revenue (cash, checks and cards)
• Run monthly EFT billing
• Work delinquent accounts Sales and Marketing
• Track lead flow from paid and social advertising
• Keep daily and weekly organic post going
• Review prospecting and client logs
• Provide a weekly summary goals and plans

Salary Range: $36,000 to $40,000 Plus Bonus
