By blending creativity, craft, and brand consistency, the Marketing Creative Team ensures every deliverable engages audiences, supports business goals, and elevates every customer experience. 

The Gemstone Production Photographer is responsible for accurately photographing gemstones and diamonds. This role focuses on capturing gemstone and diamond details through controlled studio lighting and precise camera techniques. This position supports high-volume production workflows and demands technical proficiency, attention to detail, and adherence to established photographic standards. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Photograph loose gemstones with precision and consistent color accuracy. 
  • Execute macro photography to achieve sharp, detailed imagery. 
  • Maintain photography and studio equipment, ensuring optimal performance. 
  • Manage digital asset organization, file naming conventions, and archiving. 
  • Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, and product teams to align visual output with brand standards and meet deadlines. 
  • Meet production deadlines and volume expectations in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Follow marketing processes and approval workflows. 
  • Possess strong attention to detail and consistency. 
  • Work independently with minimal supervision. 


Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications 

  • Must provide portfolio of recent work
  • Professional product photography experience
  • Proficiency with DSLR or mirrorless camera systems
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically in Photoshop and Lightroom, with the ability to perform professional editing and retouching
  • Strong understanding of lighting techniques for reflective and transparent materials
  • Experience with color correction and color management workflows

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience specifically photographing gemstones, diamonds, or fine jewelry
  • Strong knowledge of gemstone properties such as cut, clarity, color, and carat weight
