The Fulfillment Team Lead supports managers with evening closing responsibilities, operational cycles, and reporting.
This role involves participating in manager coaching sessions, providing reliable backup in the absence of managers, and proactively preparing to step into a management position when opportunities arise.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist managers with nightly closing duties, including securing the department
Oversee and manage daily workflow, particularly for jewelry orders
Support inventory and interface management processes
Assist with associate recordkeeping and administrative tasks as needed
Participate in training and coaching sessions with management
Serve as a backup to managers during absences
Help maintain smooth day-to-day operations within the fulfillment team
Uphold adherence to company attendance and punctuality policies
Exhibit strong organizational and multitasking capabilities

Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong oral and written communication skills
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to multitask and remain organized in a dynamic environment
Demonstrated dependability and self-motivation
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in fulfillment, supply chain, receiving, or inventory management
Previous leadership or team lead experience in a warehouse or operational setting
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, or move throughout the department for extended periods
Capable of lifting and handling items as needed (up to 30 lbs.)
