- Deliver exceptional guest service, while processing guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately. This role serves as the first point of contact for guests and plays a key role in welcoming guests.
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and room assignments using the property management system.
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries regarding rooms, rates, and hotel amenities.
- Handle guest requests and resolve concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Process payments, verify billing information, and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness and guest comfort.
- Maintain front desk organization and uphold hotel safety and security procedures.
- Provide local information and recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
- Promote and enroll guests in the Choice Privileges® Rewards program to enhance guest value and brand loyalty.
Salary Range: $10 to $12 per hour, depending on experience.
Qualifications:
The Ideal Candidate is:
- Customer Focused
- Detail Oriented
- Comfortable working with hotel property management systems
- Preferably has a background in hotel operations including the Choice Advantage program or similar brand membership
