The Findings Assistant Product Manager is responsible for driving the performance of the jewelry product category by developing and executing a strategic merchandising plan.
This includes building compelling product assortments, managing product pricing and inventory, and leveraging marketing and promotional tools to maximize profitability.
The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional internal teams and vendor partners to curate a relevant and timely product collection that meets customer needs and supports long-term business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze sales performance, identify assortment gaps, and monitor market trends to uncover growth opportunities and optimize product performance.
Develop strategic assortment plans, identifying underperforming or overrepresented categories, and make recommendations to drive business impact.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders—including marketing, pricing, operations, and vendor partners—to execute on merchandising plans.
Build and maintain relationships with the Manufacturing team to understand jewelry production best practices and apply this knowledge to product planning.
Monitor competitive product offerings and pricing to inform strategy and ensure market relevance.
Lead development and launch of key products and programs aligned with evolving customer needs and business goals.
Plan and execute marketing efforts including paginating seasonal catalogs, proofing copy and artwork, and managing project completion timelines.
Strategically source and purchase new products in coordination with vendor partners, promoting offerings through digital and print marketing channels.
Manage product-related projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with timelines, goals, and brand standards.
Communicate clearly and effectively across teams and organizational levels, and remain flexible and adaptive in a dynamic work environment.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
Comfortable using automated systems and navigating Windows-based tools.
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in merchandising, product management, or business operations.
Knowledge of or background in the jewelry industry or a similar consumer product category.
Familiarity with product marketing and promotional execution across print and digital platforms.
Experience managing vendor relationships and purchasing strategies.
Proven project management skills with ability to bring initiatives from concept to launch.
