DMR Technologies is hiring a Field Application Engineer – Drone UAS Operations & Service to lead field support, distributor training, and operational deployment of our commercial drone systems.
You’ll receive in-depth training to understand how our drones are assembled, tested, and serviced—then return to provide hands-on operational support and technical training for U.S.-based partners.
This is a high-impact role ideal for someone with a technical mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for drone operations and field service.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver technical training and support to U.S. distributors on drone operation, setup, care, and field troubleshooting
Assist with customer onboarding, live demonstrations, and deployment support
Provide feedback from the field to overseas engineering and product teams
Develop service documentation and user-friendly operational guides based on real-world experience
Act as a field expert on drone system readiness and end-user success
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
Hands-on experience with technical systems (assembly, wiring, batteries, sensors, etc.)
Familiarity with commercial drone/UAS systems or related technologies
Willingness to travel
Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
Clear verbal and written communication skills
Preferred (Not Required):
Experience with drone calibration apps, flight controllers, or diagnostics tools
Background in field service, technical support, or training
Ability to read diagrams or technical manuals
