Your future duties and responsibilities:

  • Monitor and resolve production support tickets daily, ensuring issues are triaged, tracked, and resolved within SLA.
  • Monitor file servers, batch jobs, and inbound/outbound file flows for failures or abends and take corrective action.
  • Provide daily operational support for EDI EDIFECS, BizTalk applications and interface processes, including coordination with downstream application teams.
  • Support deployment and release activities, including validation and post-deployment checks.
  • Maintain accurate daily work logs, incident documentation, and status updates.
  • Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure stable production operations.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $78,400.00 - $154,300.00.

Salary Range: $78,400 - $154,300


Qualifications:

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

At least 8+ years of experience in:

  • EDI Applications Edifecs v9.2.3, EAM, TPM, XEngine 8X and XE Server
  • Database technologies such as MySQL
  • X12N transactions, HL7 messages, FHIR, SOX/SOC1, Teradata, X12
  • Web Services, Java, SQL/SSIS development related to EDI
  • BizTalk Services
  • Working in 24/7 support model
  • Coordination with various teams to help resolve and fix production issues
  • Medicaid and Medicare transactions
  • Dynatrace
  • ITIL processes – Incident Management & Problem Management
  • AWS – Foundation, Key Services – ECS/EC2/S3
  • Performing continuous improvement of systems by analyzing performance metrics of different programs and come up with optimizations
  • Deployment methodologies and helping to coordinate production support teams on quick defect fixes /release fallout handling by permanent fixes within change windows specified
  • AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM)
  • AWS CloudWatch and centralized logging tools
