Key Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, loving care for children ranging from infants to school-age.
• Plan and lead enriching activities that support children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
• Support daily routines, including feeding, diapering, napping, and toileting.
• Foster positive relationships with children, families, and fellow staff.
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with parents about their child’s day and progress.
• Ensure adherence to all safety and health regulations set by the state and center policies.
• Contribute to a culture of kindness, respect, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED required
• CDA or Early Childhood Education coursework preferred
• Previous experience in a childcare or early education setting is a plus
• CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain upon hire)
• Must pass all background checks and health screening
• Energetic, compassionate, and reliable
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A deep love for working with children and a commitment to helping them flourish.
