Role and Responsibilities:

  • Control production and quality documentation
  • Adhere to and improve upon document control policies/ procedures
  • Ensure completed documentation meets requirements/ company standards
  • Sort, store, and retrieve electronic and hard copy documents
  • Communicate document control deficiencies to management
  • Conduct regular documentation audits
  • Print and distribute documents as needed
  • Scan and upload documents as needed
  • Collect and register all technical documents
  • Review and update documents for production and quality control
  • Report the posting of new document revisions and explain how to retrieve them
  • Maintain records spanning all departments
  • Maintain standardized templates for the creation of new documents
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive documents
  • Establish and maintain record retention timelines
  • Other duties as assigned



Qualifications:

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Associate degree or higher in computer science, business administration or a similar field
  • Experience working with many types of share files
  • Ability to retrieve, organize and preserve paper documents
  • Skilled using Share Point, Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Skilled utilizing computer software to organize and distribute documents
  • Strong written, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Adept at queries, writing reports, and making presentations
  • Ability to multitask
  • Must complete a pre employment drug screen and physical
