ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain the Quality Records database(s) for the Completion Services Division.
  • Maintain various Quality Assurance Department databases.
  • Maintain control and issuance of Quality Assurance Manuals, Quality Procedures, and Quality Work Instructions.
  • Maintain the training and qualification records for the Quality Assurance Department, and where applicable, for other special process qualifications.
  • Prepare data packages for the customer in accordance with the requirements of the applicable Quality Plan, or from instructions from the applicable Quality Management personnel.
  • Maintain Quality Assurance Department records.
  • Assist the Quality Director in the preparation of periodic and special reports that require the use of spreadsheets, databases, and presentation graphics software.


Qualifications:

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • High School or Equivalent Required.
  • A minimum of one year related experience and/or training in a similar position, preferably in the oil and gas industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Current terminology used in the oil and gas industry.
  • Knowledge, competency, and experience in the related field.
  • Knowledge relating to completion services procedures and processes.
  • Current practices, equipment, materials, and supplies used in the completion tools business.
  • Ethical business practices.
  • Good office and computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, graphics software, and filing.
  • Good verbal and written communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Building and maintaining positive customer relationships, internal or external.
  • Identifying problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
  • Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
  • Determining the necessary resources, time, and materials for a project.
  • Planning and tracking project timelines.
  • Have proficiency with personal computers and software such as Microsoft Office.

WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Sitting - for extended periods without being able to leave the work area
  • Walking - considerable distances, please indicate
  • Lifting – Up to 50 Lbs. (Minimal & Occasionally)
  • Grasping - regularly picks up objects with fingers
  • Reaching - regularly required to use hands and arms to reach objects
  • Speaking - requires expressing ideas through the spoken word
  • Listening - requires the perception of speech or the nature of sounds in the air
