Direct Hire position

Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the company’s HSE strategy, aligning safety, environmental compliance, and operational excellence with business objectives.
• Oversee corporate health, safety, and environmental programs, ensuring compliance with OSHA and all applicable regulations.
• Drive a proactive safety culture through training, risk management, incident prevention, and workforce engagement initiatives.
• Develop standardized HSE policies, performance metrics, and continuous improvement programs to reduce risk and enhance operations.
• Partner with executive and operational leadership to identify risks, ensure audit readiness, and strengthen organizational performance and accountability.

Salary Range: $120,000+

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of HSE experience, including leadership responsibility for multi-site operations and safety programs.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, environmental compliance requirements, and risk management practices.
• Ability to travel to support field operations, audits, and training initiatives.
• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
