Description:

• Help individuals with daily activities like eating, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Prepare and serve meals, keeping records of food cooked and stored.
• Assist with shopping trips and guide individuals in making purchases.
• Lead therapeutic activities such as exercise, arts and crafts, and social games.
• Implement behavior management techniques.
• Observe and document behaviors to support goal development.
• Help with healthcare needs, including medication and medical appointments.
• Transport individuals to various destinations as needed.
• Perform household chores like cleaning and cooking.
• Maintain written communication and documentation.
• Attend required training and meetings.
• Provide emotional support and guidance.
• Handle other reasonable duties as requested by office staff.

Salary Range: $12.00+ /HR. (DEPENDS ON EXPERIENCE)

Qualifications:

• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma, trade in human services, or equivalent
• CNA license (preferred, but not required)
• Verifiable work experience providing support to individuals with disabilities (preferred, but not required)
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation required
• Reliable cell phone required
