Manage all activities necessary to ensure Stuller.com and its supporting systems are working well in terms of functionality, performance, reliability, stability, security, and compatibility with all other systems.
Mentor and train other QA and support staff.
Review all new features and designs to ensure functionality, performance, and usability.
Review all new code checked into production against a checklist to ensure functionality and security.
Test all new website features across browsers and platforms.
Effectively manage testing projects and communicate with all needed stakeholders.
Database testing in Microsoft SQL environment including validating stored procs, jobs, and triggers.
Develop, author, and maintain functional test cases and other test artifacts – including test data, data validation, and automated scripts.
Create and maintain a test playbook library that enables scalability of manual testing.
Execute and evaluate manual and automated test cases and report test results.
Assist in maintaining established automated tests and their code.
Research, analyze, and document issues encountered by customers and verify fixes.
Entering, tracking, and communicating all issues that require follow up.
Train other associates on testing best practices and test artifact life cycles.
Review dashboards and analytics to find potential issues and identify areas of improvement.
Resolve minor data issues, and help facilitate resolutions of cross-team ones.
Assist in communicating new features and bug fixes to internal teams.
Research new technologies and tools to improve systems and workflow.
40 hours/week.
Qualifications:
Requires a High School graduate diploma or the equivalent plus 5 years of experience in related occupations.
Requires 5 years of experience in the following: Microsoft Excel and SQL; Website, API, and database testing; Test case and test plan development; QA methodologies including Agile, unit, and load testing.
Requires 3 years of experience in the following: Issue tracking using Jira.
Must also have authority to work permanently in the U.S.
