We take pride in our people, our safety record, and our commitment to excellence across every project we touch. We’re currently seeking a Mechanic to join our Operations Team in Eunice, Louisiana. This full-time, on-site role is essential to keeping our heavy equipment fleet running safely and efficiently across multiple job sites.

What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose, repair, rebuild, and maintain a variety of construction equipment (including bulldozers, pipelayers, backhoes, trackhoes, ditching machines, and trucks—both diesel and gas).
• 
  
• Perform inspections, routine maintenance, and emergency repairs.
• 
  
• Keep detailed maintenance and cost records.
• 
  
• Direct and train mechanic helpers.
• 
  
• Ensure all equipment operates efficiently and safely.

Salary Range: DOE

Qualifications:

What You’ll Bring:

• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills (diesel, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems)
• 
  
• Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals
• 
  
• Hands-on experience using gauges, micrometers, and other precision tools
• 
  
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
