Stuller's Sales team plays a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth by developing innovative strategies connecting with customers and elevating their business potential.
The team is focused on delivering personalized solutions, building lasting partnerships, and contributing to the overall success and expansion of Stuller’s offerings.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Daily outbound calling to customers for updates and invoicing of stones that are out for product review
Receiving customer orders via phone, email, and chat then processing those orders via order entry systems (Oracle and Stuller.com)
Work cross functionally with other departments to fulfill customer requests and requirements
Taking inbound customer sales calls when call volume is high or support is needed
Suggestive selling additional large stone options for customer needs
Complete GIA courses to enhance knowledge and expertise
