What this job is all about:
This position is responsible for monitoring all systems related to accounts receivables trade promotion management in a fast-paced and detail-oriented department. This position is also key to ensuring that our customers’ accounts are kept current by researching deductions and assisting with possible payment issues.
In this job, you’ll do things like:
- Evaluate deductions to confirm legitimacy; pursue timely reimbursement for any discrepancies or invalid claims
- Analyze deductions for trends and notify departments and/or brokers of on-going issues
- Ensure the accuracy of data compiled in the Trade Promotion Management system
- Analyze contracts entered in TPM for proper coding and approval to ensure financial statement integrity
- Obtain and analyze proof of deliveries as needed (POD)
- Provide monthly reports for Senior Accounting Manager
- Prepare audit workpapers and other related schedules to support and contribute to the annual audit

What will give you an edge:
- Bachelor’s or associate degree- Business (General Business, Accounting, Finance, etc.)
- Oracle or other ERP system experience
- Trade promotion management system experience
