Job Summary:

  • This position is responsible for monitoring all systems related to accounts receivable Trade Promotion Management.
  • Perform promotion analysis based on system data.  
  • Assist the Manager of Accounts Receivable and Credit as needed. 


Principal Accountabilities:

  • Evaluate deductions to confirm legitimacy; pursue timely reimbursement for any discrepancies or invalid claims 
  • Analyze deductions for trends and notify departments and/or brokers of on-going issues 
  • Ensure the accuracy of data compiled in the Trade Promotion Management system 
  • Analyze contracts entered in TPM for proper coding and approval to ensure financial statement integrity  
  • Obtain and analyze proof of deliveries as needed (POD) 
  • Provide monthly reports for Senior Accounting Manager 
  • Prepare audit workpapers and other related schedules to support and contribute to the annual audit 
  • Assist and backup Accounts Receivable clerk as needed  



Qualifications:


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook  
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks on tight deadlines   
  • Excellent organizational, communication and follow-up skills  
  • Professional and personable demeanor   


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or associate degree- Business (General Business, Accounting, Finance, etc.)  
  • Oracle or other ERP system experience 
  • Trade promotion management system experience
