Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Stuller's analytics and engineering teams, as well as business stakeholders, to address challenges in the jewelry manufacturing sector.
Utilize expertise in analytics tools and scientific rigor to derive actionable insights.
Develop queries for project data and efficiently cleanse and wrangle datasets.
Implement machine learning solutions and predictive models in a production environment to solve key business challenges.
Engage with business leaders, subject matter experts, and decision-makers to establish success criteria and optimize new products, features, policies, and models.
Communicate key results effectively to senior management through verbal, visual, and written presentations.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in a related field, junior or senior level preferred.
Hands-on experience in executing data analysis using Python, SQL, or R.
Familiarity with machine learning techniques, such as regression, classification, clustering, and ensemble methods.
Ability to understand complex business and data systems.
Strong communication skills to convey complex results to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Versatility and a willingness to learn new technologies on the job.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in one or more object-oriented programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, Ruby, Scala, Go).
Familiarity with Linux/OS X command line, version control software (e.g., git), and general software development.
Experience programming or scripting for ETL development.
Knowledge of relational databases like Postgres or Snowflake.
Previous industry experience or internships in product-related analytics.
