Purpose of Position
- The Data Integration Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining secure integrations between core business systems such as ERP (NetSuite), CRM (Salesforce), and other healthcare platforms.
- This position ensures seamless data flow and application functionality by leveraging modern integration tools, scripting, and automation.
- The role works closely with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and IT partners to implement scalable, compliant, and efficient data pipelines that support the organization’s mission.
Essential Functions of the Areas of Responsibility
Perform the following in accordance with AATB, FDA, HIPAA, and Tides Medical stated policies and procedures while upholding Tides Medical’s mission and corporate values.
- Design, implement, and maintain integrations across platforms such as NetSuite, Salesforce, and EHRs.
- Develop real-time and batch data pipelines using ELT/ETL best practices.
- Conduct feasibility assessments, impact analysis, and solution designs for new integrations.
- Execute unit testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) prior to deployments.
- Automate manual processes using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools.
- Monitor integrations using observability tools.
- Assist with Salesforce development projects.
- Maintain documentation for integration design, testing, and deployment processes.
- Participate in ad-hoc and cross-functional IT and business projects.

Requirements
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, JavaScript).
- Strong SQL skills and experience with relational/cloud databases.
- Solid knowledge of APIs (REST, SOAP, Webhooks).
- Hands-on experience with ELT/ETL architecture and best practices.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Preferred:
- MuleSoft or similar integration platforms
- Azure Data Factory
- Salesforce CRM
- NetSuite ERP
