CALLS PLUS provides customized communication services to clients nationwide, including school safety hotlines, incident reporting and counseling, crisis and suicide intervention, child abuse reporting, healthcare services, information and referral services, maintenance reporting, and more. With such a diverse range of communication services, CALLS PLUS needs employees with college degrees or extensive professional experience.
We are not your typical call center. CALLS PLUS specializes in helping government agencies across the country go beyond traditional customer service to solve everyday problems. We seek exceptional individuals, some with college degrees and others with experience in frontline work in healthcare, social services reporting and counseling, housing and building maintenance, law enforcement reporting, and local, state, or federal government programs. We then train them to perform their jobs consistently, up to our high standards of excellence.
CALLS PLUS invests heavily in employee training, providing approximately four weeks of instruction on company objectives and systems, as well as an initial set of client accounts. After an employee's first 90 days, they are evaluated and assigned to client groups that best match their education, skills, and background.

Must be fully bilingual in Spanish and English or another language.
Ability to handle inbound calls for housing, healthcare, school safety hotlines and a wide variety of Federal and State government agencies, including Hospitals and Housing Authorities.
