Role and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with Compounding Manager, and set nightshift compounding objectives, and clearly communicate those expectations to the entire compounding team.
  • Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
  • Supervise and coach employees.
  • Primarily focus is on compounding operations.
  • Ability to effectively address employee behavior and attendance issues.
  • Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance.
  • Partner with production supervision and ensure compounding capacity meets demand.
  • Submit reports on performance and progress.
  • Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.
  • Train new employees on how to safely perform their jobs and follow procedures.
  • Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.



Qualifications:

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • A High School Diploma or a degree in a technical, engineering, or relevant field is preferable.
  • 3-5 years of manufacturing experience in a lead role.
  • Proven experience operating as a supervisor or similar role preferred.
  • Critical thinker with problem solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with management and other departments.
  • Ability to effectively organize and manage multiple company initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience leading a diverse team of employees.
  • Mechanically inclined with the ability to instinctively address compounding issues.
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a pitman schedule. 
  • Proficient using Microsoft Suite, Excel, Power Point, and other data entry software.
  • Organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Motivated and results driven.
  • Must pass a pre employment drug screen and physical
