Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position.
- Maintains Primary Source Verification. Provides all employee professional license renewals to associated remote office and communicates with Network Development for any payor recredentialing.
- Maintains accurate employee information in the departmental systems for new hire onboarding, employee changes, terminations.
- Completes FLAHCA background screenings and renewals.
- Assists the department with Medicare state application updates and renewals. Maintains accurate PECOS records and enrollment data.
- Supports the departmental project of transitioning organizational training and education to a new platform by assisting with the development of courses required by the organization’s Compliance Program and accrediting bodies.
- Conduct training and virtual mock surveys with remote office staff in preparation of CMS, BOP, DHH, TJC, HQAA, or other regulatory surveys relevant to the requirements in that state.
- Participating in SOP auditing for compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assists with assigning, outfitting, tracking, and monitoring for compliance with company leased storage units.
- Assists with maintaining current, up to date information in offices including wall postings, standards binders, and other regulatory required documents.
- Special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ years' of work-related experience.
- Associates degree.

- Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage numerous tasks quickly, accurately and efficiently in a fast paced environment under strict deadlines.
- Able to work across multiple internal and external teams to find solutions to problems or challenges.
- Detail oriented, able to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated, able to work on a team and independently.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
- Working knowledge of computer systems such as SharePoint and Smartsheet or the ability to learn.
- Must be capable of working in an environment w here evolution and change are standard.
