Job Summary

Responsible for the assembly and test of coil assemblies

Job Duties and Responsibilities 

• Interpret drawings and accompanying traveler for winding requirements
• Make tooling, fixtures, and set-up
• Prepare bobbin
• Wind parts
• Attach lead wires as required
• Tape winding
• Attach shell and epoxy where required
• Inspect parts for electrical requirements
• Maintain work premises
• Test coils and record data as indicated on travelers

Qualifications:

Job Requirements 

• Ability to use light precision electrical machines and mechanical tools
• Maintain good housekeeping habits
• Participate in problem solving and continuous improvement efforts
