DMR Technologies is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Chief Talent Officer to support our expanding operations in Lafayette.

You’ll support all core HR functions, from recruiting and onboarding to compliance and culture, ensuring our growing U.S. workforce has the tools and support needed to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary HR contact for employees, addressing questions and resolving issues with professionalism and discretion.
Manage recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding processes, ensuring a positive employee experience.
Maintain HRIS data accuracy, personnel files, and compliance with state and federal employment laws.
Support payroll and benefits administration, including new hire enrollments and employee updates. Assist in drafting and updating policies, handbooks, and training materials as the company scales.
Coordinate safety, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
Partner with leadership to improve HR processes, reporting, and communication between departments.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
3+ years of HR generalist experience across recruitment, compliance, and employee relations.
Knowledge of HRIS systems (Rippling, ADP, or similar) and strong working knowledge of employment law.
Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment where processes are being built.
