  • As a member of the CAD/CAM Customization department, you’ll work with a wide range of customization options, from minor style adjustments to fully personalized designs, allowing you to help jewelers craft one-of-a-kind pieces tailored to their customers!
  • The CAD Custom Design Trainee role is focused on creating and modifying digital models of custom jewelry and ready for production.
  • This role operates in a fast-paced environment that encourages growth for self-driven individuals and is part of a team that leads and advances CAD/CAM technology within the jewelry industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and optimize CAD files for digital manufacturing processes.
  • Navigate multiple file paths to access and manage CAD/CAM files effectively.
  • Maintain a clear understanding of the CAD/CAM workflow and processes.
  • Ensure work output meets established error standards and quality benchmarks.
  • Demonstrate exceptional work ethic and foster a positive, collaborative work environment.


Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency with CAD software.
  • Familiarity with navigating complex file structures.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Ability to work independently and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to evolving technology.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate’s/Bachelor's degree or certification in jewelry design or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in CAD software and design principles.
  • Previous experience in digital manufacturing or CAD/CAM operations.
