Your future duties and responsibilities:
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to gain insights into their current business processes, define requirements, and explore innovative solutions to be configured in the new system.
- Conduct independent analysis on challenges, take ownership of research, recommend effective solutions, and execute resolution steps to address client issues.
- Offer functional support for testing by developing test scenarios, creating comprehensive documentation, and performing validation testing to ensure system excellence.
- Provide functional support for implementation activities, including requirements analysis and the development of design and configuration documentation.
- Engage directly with clients at their sites to support and enhance their experience with the new system, ensuring seamless integration and optimal use
Qualifications:
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
- At least 2 years of experience in a professional environment, demonstrating strong analytical skills in requirements analysis, business process improvements, and planning, while interacting with customers or senior managers in a team setting.
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college.
- Understanding of and familiarity with basic accounting practices and principles
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for researching, developing, articulating, and documenting solutions to process and system challenges.
- A genuine enthusiasm for engaging with customers, with the ability to build positive relationships and deliver exceptional service that energizes both you and the clients.
- Confidence in speaking up in group settings, asking insightful questions to deepen understanding.
- Ability to effectively communicate and engage with senior-level management and clients.
- Exceptional written, oral communication, and presentation skills.
- Remarkable ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
- Eagerness to collaborate in a team environment to resolve issues and deliver solutions.
Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required:
- Experience with Federal Financial and/or Acquisitions ERP system (e.g., Momentum)
- Familiarity with Agile working environments.
- Prior experience as a Business Analyst in system implementation efforts, encompassing requirements analysis, process design, validation, testing, and implementation planning.
- Willingness and ability to travel within the US
