What this job is all about:
As a Blending Operator, you will be at the heart of our production process, handling aged pepper mash and preparing it for blending. This role is crucial in ensuring the quality and consistency of our TABASCO® Brand products, from the initial prep work to the final mixing of ingredients.
In this job, you’ll do things like:
- Blend with Precision: Receive and prep aged pepper mash, ensuring it meets our high standards before blending.
- Flavor Fulfillment: Handle and transport mash barrels, maintain cleanliness, and ensure ingredients are stored correctly to produce our renowned sauces.
- Quality Assurance: Operate blending equipment, weigh ingredients, and ensure each flavor meets our recipe requirements.

Qualifications:
Must-haves to apply for this job:
- Physical ability to perform essential job functions, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to operate hyster/grabber and pass required training.
- Strong commitment to adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety standards
What will give you an edge:
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment, particularly in food processing.
- Familiarity with operating blending and mixing equipment is a plus.
