The International Sales team focuses on providing an exceptional customer experience throughout the account setup and order process, ensuring accurate data entry, cross-functional alignment, and support for international sales growth.
The Bilingual Sales Associate provides customer support through order processing, account maintenance, and product inquiries while identifying solutions and sales opportunities. This role supports domestic and international customers across multiple communication channels and contributes to a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support international customers in English and Spanish via phone, email, web, chat, and fax
- Accurately enter orders and update customer and account information in the CRM system
- Verify account details, buyer information, shipping methods, and order accuracy
- Recommend substitutions for out-of-stock items and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Resolve customer inquiries or route to the appropriate department as needed
- Participate in required training and apply learned tools, systems, and processes
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
- Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills
- Customer-focused with a professional and solution-oriented approach
- Quick learner comfortable retaining product, system, and process information
- Proficient with computers, web-based applications, keyboarding, and basic math
- Comfortable following written and verbal instructions in English
- Composed and dependable in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and service quality
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous customer service or sales experience
- Experience supporting customers by phone or in a contact center environment
