Advance Products & Systems, LLC, with over 45 years as a global leader in design and manufacturing of innovative cathodic protection, corrosion prevention and safety products has an immediate opening for a Bilingual Inside Sales Representative. The candidate will be trained to handle quotations and order entry to ensure quality standards and procedures are met.

• Must be highly organized, able to multitask and posses excellent math, communication and computer skills.
• Willing to handle incoming phone calls and email inquiries.
• Ideal candidate with experience with pipe, valves & fittings, pipeline, water and waste water, oil & gas, waiters, bartenders and office staff encouraged to apply.

Job responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Processes orders, prepares correspondence, and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction for national and international customers.
• Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures for the entire sales cycle, including contacting and building strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Relies on instructions and guidelines to perform the functions of the job, including receiving, recording, responding to, researching, investigating, resolving and reconciling customer orders.
• Performs order verification and quoting.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Strong problem identification and resolution skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Must be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously with a demonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in foreign languages Spanish preferred.
