Description:

  • Our Traditional Manufacturing team refines jewelry using tools and machinery, ensuring quality through precise assembly, polishing, and inspection.
  • The Assembly Tumble Technician is responsible for achieving the highest quality mechanical finish on fine jewelry products through precision tumbling processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Load and unload products into tumbling machines for specified time cycles.
  • Operate tumbling equipment and monitor cycles to ensure optimal pre-shine finish.
  • Match products to corresponding batches for accurate processing.
  • Remove all media from products post-tumbling, preparing items for the next production phase.
  • Separate finished products from tumbling and transfer them to the next process.
  • Follow detailed instructions and quality standards to meet production goals.
  • Maintain focus on small components and ensure quality.


Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills within a team environment.
  • Ability to multitask and respond quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in tasks.


Work Environment/Physical Demands:

  • Ability to remain on feet for extended periods of time.
  • Strong hand-eye coordination and dexterity for handling small components.
