The Assembly Tumble Technician is responsible for achieving the highest quality mechanical finish on fine jewelry products through precision tumbling processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Load and unload products into tumbling machines for specified time cycles.
Operate tumbling equipment and monitor cycles to ensure optimal pre-shine finish.
Match products to corresponding batches for accurate processing.
Remove all media from products post-tumbling, preparing items for the next production phase.
Separate finished products from tumbling and transfer them to the next process.
Follow detailed instructions and quality standards to meet production goals.
Maintain focus on small components and ensure quality.
