Position Overview:

• Recording payments
• A/R account reconciliations
• Monthly Statements
• Insurance, 401k, Section 125 POP, and ERISA notice management
• New hire onboarding & terminations
• Management of all payroll records
• Management of payroll tax return records

Salary Range: $20.50/hr

Qualifications:

Position Qualifications:

• Previous experience using various software programs required 
• Experience with pivot tables
• At least 1 year experience in A/R, HR, and Payroll
• Must be proficient in QuickBooks
• Must be able to handle multiple accounts
