Position Description:

  • As an AI/ML Engineer, you'll be part of a highly collaborative team working alongside architects, engineers, and stakeholders to design, build, and deliver intelligent systems.
  • You’ll contribute to projects that integrate AI/ML models, data pipelines, and automation tools to elevate IT services and decision-making.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Design, prototype, and develop AI/ML-powered software using modern languages and frameworks (e.g., Python, Java, .NET, open-source stacks).
  • Build and integrate machine learning models into scalable applications and services.
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve AI development practices and tools.
  • Develop data pipelines and support model training, evaluation, and deployment.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, peer code reviews, and engineering discussions.
  • Support quality assurance by validating model performance and contributing to test plans.
  • Create technical documentation, including model specs, design docs, and user manuals.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
  • Foundational experience in software development (e.g., Python, Java, SQL, C#, .NET).
  • Exposure to AI/ML concepts through coursework, academic projects, internships, case studies, or self-initiated work.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML tools and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) is a plus.
  • Strong ability to learn new frameworks and technologies quickly.
  • A growth-oriented mindset and a passion for AI and continuous learning.
  • Excellent analytical thinking, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, adaptability, and team-oriented collaboration.
  • Ability to work in the U.S. permanently and without restriction.
