Plan and execute technical/complex projects, including server and network configuration, user setup, security hardening, and cloud service activation for new environments.
Ability to create projects from scratch, build scopes of work, handle bill of materials & labor, and other pre-project tasks
Own project timelines for technical project initiatives, coordinating with sales, account management, and vendors to keep work on track and clients informed.
Translate business needs into project plans and technical tasks, then follow through on configuration, testing, and documentation so handoff to the MSP support team is smooth.
Run project status check-ins with internal stakeholders, capturing risks and issues early and adjusting scope or timelines when needed.
Create and maintain clear documentation for every project and onboarding, including network diagrams, asset lists, and standard operating procedures.
Identify opportunities during onboarding and projects to improve clients’ security, reliability, and user experience, and recommend upgrades or changes
Standardize and continually improve onboarding and project processes so each new client’s experience is faster, smoother, and more consistent over time.

Qualifications:
Extensive background experience (5+ years) with system administration, network administration, or similar roles preferably in an MSP environment.
Expert-level knowledge of:
Microsoft 365 Administration including:
Entra ID
Exchange Online
SharePoint
Hybrid Identity Architecture
Strong understanding of networking principles and experience managing network infrastructure – switches, routers, firewalls, and VLANs.
Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and managing cloud-based infrastructure and services.
Knowledge of virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery solutions and best practices.
Experience with scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Bash).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing time effectively across multiple tasks and deadlines.
