• Diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems
• Perform preventative maintenance on service agreement customers
• Present repair and replacement options to customers from our price book
• Take emergency calls as part of the on-call rotation
• Document every job in Housecall Pro (we’ll train you)
• Keep your truck stocked and organized

Salary Range: Up to $35/hour + 3% commission on every invoice you run

Qualifications:

Must have:

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• EPA 608 certification
• Comfortable reading wiring diagrams and troubleshooting electrical
• Clean driving record
• Able to explain a problem to a homeowner clearly and honestly

Nice to have:

• Mini-split and VRF experience
• Commercial Equipment Experience
