We are looking for experienced Production Operators to join our team. This position is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of oil and gas production equipment while maintaining a strong focus on safety, reliability, and teamwork.

Responsibilities include:

    • Monitor and operate production equipment and processes
    • Perform routine inspections, rounds, and basic troubleshooting
    • Identify and report equipment or production issues
    • Follow all safety procedures and operating guidelines
    • Maintain accurate production records and documentation
    • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
    • Help maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment
    • Candidates should have relevant oil and gas production experience, a strong safety mindset, and the ability to work well as part of a team.


Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or GED required.
    • Minimum 3 years of offshore production operations experience.
    • Strong understanding of offshore oil and gas production processes and equipment.
    • Experience with:
      • Three-phase separation
      • Glycol dehydration systems
      • Heat exchangers
      • Chemical treating systems
      • Produced water systems
      • Production optimization
      • Oil and gas measurement
      • Utility systems
    • Working knowledge of Permit to Work (PTW), Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and safe work practices.
    • Proficient computer skills and production reporting experience.
    • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
