  • Set-up and calibrate equipment, Conduct tests with appropriate NDT Technique Interpret, evaluate, and document results.
  • The individual shall be thoroughly familiar with the scope and limitations of the method in which certified and shall be capable of directing the work of trainees and Level I personnel.
  • The individual shall be familiar with the codes, standards and other contractual documents that control the method as utilized by the company.
  • Level II may write procedures, which must be approved by a Level III.
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Operate and maintain radiographic equipment as necessary and where applicable.
  • Know and understand Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the QMS.
  • Comply with all health and safety rules.


  • This job operates in an environment where the employee may be exposed to wet or humid conditions, outdoor weather conditions, and working around moving mechanical parts with risk of electrical shock .

  • Employee to have special vision requirements as listed below : Close Vision ( Clear vision at 20 inches or less ) , Distance Vision ( Clear vision at 20 feet or more) , peripheral vision , depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.


  • Applicable NDT equipment as designated by the NDT discipline and procedure.
  • Hazardous radioactive sources where required by discipline.
  • PPE

Salary Range: $20 to $25 an hour DOE

  • ASNT SNT-TC-1A Level II Certification in the NDT discipline required.
  • Hazardous radioactive sources where required by discipline.
  • Near vision acuity to Jaeger J2 at not less than 12”.
  • Color contrast differentiation (Ishihara Color Chart)


  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Three years of experience in a similar field.

  • Job specific procedures, work instructions, forms and processes;
  • Job specific and/or supplemental training when required;
  • Product training;
