Position Purpose: This position is responsible for the preparation of the company’s internal and external financial and operational reporting, as well as performing analysis and ad hoc projects.  The employee in this position should be experienced, detailed oriented, and an energetic individual with above-average written and verbal communication skills.  The position requires independent and collaborative work, the ability to multi-task, self-motivation, and exceptional organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial statements and operational reporting for internal and external customers.
• Ensure all information is in compliance with GAAP reporting guidelines. 
• Performs research and analysis to evaluate performance and trends, and provide recommendations based on those findings.
• Develop financial models and reports to measure and forecast the impact of various business decisions, economic scenarios, or capital investments. 
• Prepare internal ad hoc reports.
• May provide support and assistance in conjunction with financial statement and billing audits.
• Assist the accounting, billing, pricing, and financial analysis teams.

Salary Range: 65,000 to 80,000

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field of study.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience, in a similar role. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with emphasis on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 
• Must possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and multi-tasking skills in a time-sensitive work environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
