• Team leadership experience or experience teaching, training, mentoring, or coaching others
• Restaurant or kitchen leadership experience preferred, but not required
• Strong organization, initiative, and the ability to lead in a fast-paced environment
• Open availability Monday through Saturday, including opening and closing shifts
