Job Purpose:

• To ensure that products are made according to exact specifications and that final products meet safety and quality standards.
• Main Responsibilities Dispersions
• Charges and discharge vessels
• Checks plant and pumps are clean and maintained
• Ensures correct operation of plant and pumps
• Ensures correct pack and pallets are used for finished goods
• Ensures DCE system is maintained and emptied regular
• Ensures all SOIs are completed correct
• Follows written procedures at all times. Milling
• Operates milling equipment
• Monitors/records/modifies running conditions of the process
• Identifies and rectifies process problems
• Solves problems and recommends appropriate process modifications
• Follows written procedures at all times. Emulsions
• Charges and discharges vessels
• Ensures correct pack and pallets are used for finished goods
• Ensures DCE system is maintained and emptied regularly
• Understands fully why potential problems may occur
• Ensures all SOIs are completed correctly
• Follows written procedures at all times.
• Ensures all necessary paperwork is completed correctly
• Ensures the level of quality is maintained throughout the production process
• Reports maintenance issues promptly •Good housekeeping is maintained
• Follow H & S regulations
• To maintain awareness and keep updated with any changes that would affect the Company
• To act as a professional and positive ambassador for Aquaspersions
• To ensure that the department works effectively, accurately and fairly at all times
• To carry out such duties as may reasonably be required from time to time to meet the evolving needs as Aquaspersions

Salary Range: $20/ hr

Qualifications:

Person specification:

• Able to follow procedures/written instructions
• Manufacturing experience is desirable.
• Has  literacy and numerical skills
• Is computer literate
• Is a good team player

Qualifications:

• Counterbalance forklift truck license would be desirable
