Techneaux is currently looking for a qualified full-time Business Development Specialist to join our Business Information Technology Services (BITS) team.

As a Business Development Specialist, you will be instrumental in driving Techneaux’s continued growth. You’ll evaluate and improve business strategies, identify new market opportunities, and strengthen relationships with clients and partners. This position requires strong technical and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to analyze and respond to trends and changes in the market. You’ll work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, and Management to expand our impact and profitability. 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Identify and engage prospective B2B clients through strategic cold outreach, networking, referrals, and prompt lead follow-up. 
• Conduct in-depth discovery calls and needs assessments to uncover client challenges and operational bottlenecks. 
• Develop customized IT solutions leveraging our comprehensive product and service portfolio. 
• Present tailored proposals, lead effective negotiations, and guide deals through to a successful close. 
• Partner closely with technical teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and implementation. 
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. 
• Stay current on emerging industry trends, competitor offerings, and product developments.

Requirements

What you will need to be successful in this role: 

• B2B sales experience strongly preferred, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas. 
• An understanding of IT products and services, including cloud computing, networking, and cybersecurity.  
• Excellent verbal, written, negotiation, and presentation skills. 
• Hands-on experience using modern CRM platforms for pipeline tracking. 
• Self-motivated, highly goal-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
