Ready to shake up your career? LIGHT IT UP! We’re looking for an individual who is ready to lead a team in producing our world- famous TABASCO® Brand products!  If you’re craving the excitement of a new job as a Production Team Leader for our day shift, then we want to hear from you!!

In this job, you’ll do things like:

• Never get bored leading a team in the production of the finest pepper sauce in the world through good manufacturing practices, attention to quality, and a focus on safety and cleanliness.
• Ensure your production line is adequately staffed in order to complete the schedule in an efficient manner 
• Learn to operate a variety of highly sophisticated food packing machines, like Shrink Wrap/Heat Tunnel/Case Packer Sealer, Capper/Filler, Labeler or Cartoner and make minor adjustments to production equipment to achieve and maintain peak performance levels
• Collaborate with other teams throughout the factory to ensure the right products are being made at the right time
• Communicate with each team member regularly regarding production goals, safety requirements and factory policies
• Lead, inspire, motivate, and develop your team members through constant communication, holding regularly scheduled 1:1s, performing the annual performance management process with each team member and ensuring all team members are properly trained and cross-trained

Qualifications:

Must-haves to apply for this job:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Hands-on experience working on a production line
• Basic computer skills
• Physically able to perform the essential job functions including lifting 25 - 40 lbs throughout the day and standing for long periods of time

What will give you an edge:

• Prior supervisor or management experience
• 2+ years production line or manufacturing experience
