Position Description:

• The individual in this role would be responsible for overseeing our software development team and working under the agile methodology.
• We are seeking a candidate who has proven leadership skills, the ability to think critically and problem-solve, and a track-record of ensuring project milestones and deadlines are met.
• The excellent opportunity can be performed in Bloomfield, CT, Raleigh, NC, Austin, TX or Lafayette, LA.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Work in an onshore-offshore model, with 5-7 onshore/offshore developers.
• Follow Agile and engineering best practices and take pride in it.
• Agile Ceremonies – Participate and Contribute.

Qualifications:

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Minimum at least 8+ years of relevant experience in working
• Act as a leader to our software development team.
• Work closely with Business on the requirements, groom, refine the requirements.
• Healthcare experience is a must.
• Facilitate requirement review, grooming, refinement sessions with scrum team, Accelerate Scrum team productivity with right requirement details.
• Perform reviews on software development product.
• Remove requirement obstacles.
• Ensure achievements are reached and deadlines are met throughout project lifecycle.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, application users, and program owners.
• Take ownership for successful product delivery.
• Healthcare experience, Agile experience.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• PMPO experience is preferred
