Maintenance Worker Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)
• Upkeep of property
• Touch up painting
• Replace light bulbs, air filters, and batteries in smoke alarms
• Install blinds
• Change locks on doors
• Move appliances using a dolly
• Perform minor plumbing, and HVAC work
• Perform other duties as assigned

Salary Range: $18.00 /hr

Qualifications:

Maintenance Worker Qualifications:

• HVAC certified preferred
• 2 years experience doing housing or apartment complex maintenance work required
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
• Updated resume with stable job history
• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
