Job Description :

 Full Charge Bookkeeping / Accounting Candidate with 5+ years of experience.  This accounting position will be responsible for computing, classifying and recording financial transactions to ensure the financial records of the organization are accurate.  Performs routine financial calculations and general ledge duties.  Ensuring the accuracy of calculations performed by other employees. Knowledge of GAAP is required.  The salary range is determined by the candidate’s level of expertise.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this position, the following skills and experience are a must:

• Operates computers programmed with accounting software to record, store and analyze information.  
• Viewpoint & Spectrum experience preferred.  
• If you have experience in QuickBooks, Sage, or Peachtree, understanding Spectrum can be learned.
• Construction Industry experience is preferred.
• Fast-paced environment working in company office.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, and proper coding is a requirement.
• Complies with federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations.

Education:

• B.A Degree or Associates Degree

Experience:

• Accounting: 
• 5 years minimum
• Experience in construction bookkeeping (Preferred)
• Spectrum & ViewPoint Experience (Preferred)
