Position Description:

• CGI has an immediate need for a Data Analyst to join our team.
• This position is hybrid and can be performed in any city in the U.S. in CT or ET where CGI has an office with preferred locations of Lafayette, LA, Plano, TX, Columbia, SC or Reston, VA.
• This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced team environment supporting one of the largest leaders in the secondary mortgage industry.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Looking for a strong Data analyst with development experience.
• This resource will be asked to do ADHOC code changes and support/maintain existing process in Production/QA.
• They need proven experience dealing with data (querying, analyzing and profiling), doing technical RCAs.

Qualifications:

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• 5-7 years of Data Analyst Experience with Python or Java
• Strong experience with SQL
• Strong Experience with Redshift
• AWS experience (EC2, ECS, RDS ,Redshift, Elastic Beanstalk, S3). AWS Cert required (AWS Solutions Architect or AWS Developer Associate)
• Detailed oriented, communicate well and has strong documentation skill

Education

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems or related field
