What you’ll be doing:
- Help identify, plan, and execute qualitative and quantitative research methods to uncover user needs and drive design improvements
- Setup, collect, and analyze user behavior through analytics, online experiments (A/B testing), and heatmap tracking
- Assist in creating user personas, shopping scenarios, and journey maps to help drive designs
- Help conduct field studies, user interviews, surveys, usability tests, and competitive analyses
- Prepare and deliver concise creative and impactful reports to members of the development team and other stakeholders within the organization

- Aptitude for managing and analyzing data
- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Be a strategic thinker, intellectually curious, and constantly seeking improvements
- Can prioritize time between multiple data-dense projects
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Certification in User Experience (UX)
- A minimum of 1 year of experience conducting quantitative and qualitative research, and ability to visualize and present research data simply and clearly
