GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB

• This role will assist in the development, revision, distribution and tracking of training courses (of all types and subject matter) with direct guidance from the Global QA/QC & HSE Global System Supervisor and oversight from the VP of HSE (Global).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop new training course presentations, exams, handouts and other supplemental material using Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc…
• Develop new training course requirements in the digital Learning Management System
• Revise existing training course material, when necessary
• Organize training material for global utilization
• Scan and upload training records into the digital Learning Management System accurately
• Generate training reports in the digital Learning Management System, when requested by Management
• Partners with other departments to identify training and development opportunities
• Coordinate, organize and conduct meetings to develop and/or revise training material
• Establish, coordinate, and distribute training schedules

Salary Range: $20.00 - $25.00 DOE

Qualifications:

EDUCTION AND EXPERIENCE

• Associates Degree, Preferred, in Communications, Technical Writing, or Training Development

TECHNICAL AND BEHAVORIAL SKILLS

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams, etc…)
• Experience in database use and content management
• Proficiency in digital photograph and video editing software
• Professional vocabulary
• Accurate proof-reading ability
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
• Exceptional listening and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues (i.e. team player) in group settings
• Detail-oriented work effort
• Ability to organize and maintain digital and hardcopy information
