BackTraining Development Coordinator

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- This position would report to Jorey Krupa, VP of training and culture
- Schedules and coordinates onboarding activities as assigned.
- Coordinates training initiatives in partnership with executive management and mid-level management and the Training Operations Manager.
- Partners with other departments to identify new learning and development training opportunities.
- Handles special projects, as requested, in a timely and professional manner.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- College degree preferred or 3 years equivalency in the field of Training, Talent Development, or Instructional Technology.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results-driven, team-oriented environment.
- Team builder with ability to generate respect and trust from staff and external constituencies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with customers as well as employees.
Working Conditions
- This position will work in an office environment.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Exceptional Teamwork Skills
- Emotional Intelligence
- Proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint, UKG, and other LMS programs preferred.
- Thorough understanding of all learning types.
